Hi! My name is Michail Tzortzatos,
Biography
I’m Based in Piraeus, Greece, a multifaceted individual with a diverse skill set spanning photography, videography, graphic design, and technical expertise in computer networks and applications. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative expression, I have contributed to various projects and collaborations, ranging from music videos to short films and e-commerce ventures. My dedication to continuous learning is evident in my participation in seminars and online courses, where I hone my craft and explore new avenues of artistic expression. My journey is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to delivering impactful visual storytelling experiences.
Most of all, I am fascinated by the two-dimensionality of Art.
I specialize in bringing stories, characters, and even abstract concepts to life through the intricate language of symbols. To me, Art is like amulets, each one concealing a treasure trove of hidden meanings waiting to be unlocked by those who seek.
In my early artistic journey, I had a penchant for embedding intricate details within my drawings, each holding a personal significance or message. It was a way to invite viewers to explore deeper, encouraging them to decipher the layered narratives concealed within the artwork.
As time has passed, I’ve embraced new mediums and technologies. Today, I weave Animation with Augmented Reality into my creations, adding a dynamic layer that enchants the static art with a captivating short story. This fusion of traditional and contemporary artistry allows me to breathe life into my work, giving it a unique, immersive dimension that engages the senses and sparks curiosity.
My art has evolved, yet my commitment to crafting enchanting and thought-provoking narratives remains unwavering.
Black and White
In my artistic realm, I set my own rules, such as the vast contrast of black and white—the presence of female figures in dark scenes that balance with each other.
Inspiration
I’m inspired by the Unknown such as space and darkness and surrealism. From that moment on, one of my favorite activities is to find suggestive places where I can lose track of my era and the logic that governs it for a few hours, travels through time to the past or future with my art.
